The request for refund ,if found eligible, will be entertained only offline and no online refunds will be done. The transaction once done cannot be cancelled

Transaction more than Rs. 2000/, will be accepted through Internet Banking, Credit Card and mobile banking.

Transaction up to Rs. 2000/, will be accepted through Debit Card, Internet Banking, Credit Card and mobile banking.
